IMHO...we've got a thread here initiated by one of the greatest icon artists I've ever witnessed, worried about a wallpaper. In all truth, there has to be some checks (cheques for starkers) and balances or we'll have total anarchy and smiley faces drawn in MSPaint will populate every gallery! There are some flat out awesome artists here and no one is getting regulated to the personal page EVERY time, or rejected EVERY time...just keep submitting gang...The only reason I have download
