That's ObjectDock alright, and that particular setup is called a zoomer...which is available in the free version...if you buy the Pro version you get to make tabs, each with it's own set of icons....plus you get a lot of other neat options. It isn't hard to use at all (I use it, if that gives you any idea how simple it is). There is a huge gallery of backgrounds for the program and gobs of icons to place on it...oh yeah, didn't I tell ya? You don't have to use just the standard ol' icon that

I recently submitted 12 walls to catch myself up, since I hadn't submitted since February. 5 of them went to my personal page, 6 went to the main gallery, and 1 is still in moderation. going fer a whole box o' choclate winkys at once?
