I notice that the systray icon never appears. I have notifications set to show all systray icons to. In Task Manager the only Windowblinds related process running is the Service.

Reposting this from a different thread: Sadly the beta works not so good for me. I choose a skin, and when I press apply my screen starts blinking constantly like it's trying to apply the skin but never fully doing it. Just keeps blinking. Eventually it will stop blinking but the skin is not applied properly. Windows borders look likes Classic style, and the taskbar simply remains the same. Windows 8 Pro 64bit.</

Jaffo, no clue what the hell you just said... Been using 8 for quite some time now. It's actually a pretty damn good OS. Yes, tons of FAIL when it come to the UI, which is why I'm here at Stardock. But the overall OS is quite impressive. I have a feeling it's more of the same... 8 is "different", thus people complain about it. If 8 did everything just like 7 did, and made Metro an option, peeps would
One thing I would like to see Stardock push more is Dynamic Dreams. There are tons upon tons of video Dreams but Dynamic are few and far between.
Maverick I tried using different dreams on my dual monitor setup and it's working fine. Both my monitors are 1080P resolution. I noticed another process, Dshost, being started when certain dreams are used such as Planktonic. Dshost seems to use up a decent amount of CPU, around 5 - 10%. Is this process just for certain codec dreams?
How to put this... Mr Banfield, I LOVE YOU!!! Deskscapes is working wonderfully thus far. Windows 8 Pro 64bit. Even my old purchased dream, Liquid Dream, installed and works flawlessly. I had to do a restart though for Deskscapes to start functioning. Maybe have the restart as part of the install process? Anyway, I'm tickled pink. Now Mr Banfield, where is my WINDOwBLINDS!?!?
Bueller....Bueller....Bueller...
One day left. [e digicons];P[/e]
Please for the love of everything decent, ADD WIN 8 SUPPORT! I run multi monitor setups and I can't take much more of this disgusting pasty white color on all my inactive windows. Especially since I like darker desktops... Seriously what was MS thinking. >.
