Barry, for starters, the fire woman's flames disappear when you equip her with ANYTHING. Second, when you meet them in a game, they don't represent their respective faction, but rather a made up one as a custom sovereign would. Not to mention that they're all, save the three with unique leader traits, boring and no different than what could be created with the sovereign creator. WTF?

It happens every time: I equip an item with her, her fire goes away until the next time I reload the save. It's annoying and takes away her uniqueness. Please fix it. Was this shit actually QA'd?
