blinky mouse in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

My mouse has been all... blinky sence I installed the xp galciv2 theme. I took it off, and it is still blinking. I've messed with the mouse setting in the video options in-game, I've played with mouse settings, I've messed with resolutions, both full screen and non-full screen. Why the hell would the galciv2 theme do this?? I don't know, but it shouldn't. How can this be fixed? I'm not using dual-monitors. Win XP home English 1GB r

The mouse is all blinky. I had it in fillscreen 1280x1024, and the mouse was all... blinky then I changed it to window 1024xwhatever, and the mouse blnking stopped then I installed the collector's eddition XP theme, and it started doing it again, the mouse blinkyness. I turned off the galciv2 xp theme, but it is still doing it in window mode. I am not running this on a secondary monitor, this is my primary and only monitor I'm playing on. Win XP home Engl
