Polls have already started on the HCH Forum, and so far they are in support of the Council. We are also already gearing up for elections, we have four candidates. Zydor I see where you are coming from, the world is littered with good intentions that fail. My hope for the Council is that it will help bring more members to the metaverse, and renergize the Metaverse. Which is something I think can be done without too much support, if any, from stardock. I want to say that I think the idea of a Representative Metaverse Council sounds like a great idea, and I believe that the HCH will support this. I've started some discussions on the HCH thread on this issue, and hopefully will get a general idea on how everyone feels about it soon. Already a few people from the HCH have posted on here approving of the idea, and so that leads me to believe it will go over well with the rest of the HCH. I'll keep you guys posted, AlexAtticus

Hi! It appears that the competition between the empires of the Metaverse is heating up. The Arrakis Imperium is beginning to climb through the ranks, the Galactic Empire is trying to reorganize, and the Orcas and Diplomats are continuing to duke it out. Berzelius: I like the idea of a competition among us! I think it should be week long competition and if we do it, it should be sometime in January because of the holiday season. To be fair, like Kudlelv said, we should only count the highest scoring game each person submits. But also to be fair to the ones playing for fun, we could also have a competition for the most number of quality games submitted, I would like some better ideas for this though. It's sad to see an empire go, especially the Galactic Empire, and especially in this way. It was a lot of fun having you guys around, you guys made for some good competition for the HCH. I like to look on changes in the game, as obstacle to be overcome. I enjoy the challenge the changes give me, it makes me change my strategy, which keeps me on my toes. Hi! I went ahead and changed the empire slogan to "Our Logic is Undeniable," it seems like the one most of you guys like. The next 3 million should be a lot of fun, since it will be the harder fought 3 million; I like to think the harder the better. Well, it looks like The Overmind is collapsing, so we won't have to worry about them. The Orcas and the Diplomats are a good 3 million away, so I guess we are going to have to dig and play hard.
