Hey!!-- Yes, sadly you did have to wait way too much for me and I apologize for that- I also realize that I am not the only one with a full schedule , and I expect that your schedule is realistically much more involved than even mine as are all those involved in Skinning and other projects. The Earth doesnt revolve around lil' ole' me, so I did mention to lightstar while commenting on his skin that you have alot

ps... just want to thank VStyler , Lightstar and other skinners who are still able to make XP compatible versions of thier skins for Windowblinds--cuz I have been downloading and appreciating all of your skins and love them :-) I would like to install Windowblinds on my Father's Windows 7 PC for him, but sadly, he doesnt want any skinning programs on his PC and has made a point to tell me to keep my hands off installing any skinning programs, except for

I like my XP and have no intentions of dumping it. I have alot of treasured old Vintage After Dark screensavers and other programs that while uncompatible with XP- I can still install on XP because of XP's compatibility wizard. I tried to install them on my father's Windows 7 PC but they didnt install properly- For me it's not just a matter of affordablity and being thrifty

"What? Another visit from the Birthday Fairy? (if it's still PC to call them fairies) Have a magical day, Doc. " Errr, I believe the correct term for the Faery these days is: "Illumined Folk" Have a happy birthday dear moderator! <img style="float: left;" src="http://www.fairygardens.com/images/bannerv5/bannerV53rd.gif" alt="" width="487" height="3

Just an informative article I found over at www.naturalnews.com about how farmed canteloupe actually gets contaminated by Listeria-- It's not the cantaloupe's fault-but the filthy conditions of factory farming like factory animal feedlots, manure cesspools, etc. Good info to read while you sit at your computer munch

Hi again! I have today off from work so thought i'd stop in :-) Vampothika, Any way you want to make it --whatever comes to your imagination would be perfect. I'm flexible and easy to please. When you get the chance to make it- an idea would be clear glassy transparency with random stones embedded in it here and there- Maybe two versions-- one glitzy and sparkly and the other more glassy (just an option though)

[e digicons]:frogboy:[/e] well, quite frankly, all I'm listening to at the moment is the background hum of my father's fishtank behind me while I'm sneaking use of his most awesome computer ;-) Ohh- and they have 60 minutes on in the TV in the next room...lol [e digicons]:X[/e]

happy belated Birthday, Neone6!-- have been offline way too long and missed alot. Wow, you're still a young-un! I'm pushing 50 in 2 more years, but if you take care of yourself, you will still feel like 20 :-)

I never blindly follow everywhere Technology leads-- I actually look forward to using my PC when I get free time and find it relaxing and unwinding for me to chill out at my PC at the end of the day with a nice cup of coffee-- I don't care for travel type gizmos like i-pods,etc., because when I'm out, if im not at work, I'm hiking in nature or shopping- with no time to mess with small gizmos like i-pads,etc. Heck, i&

Late last month I suggested an idea for a Windowblind's skin with embedded gemstones and quartz crystals for anyone inspired to take up the challenge. (trust me- I am not skilled in skinning - especially Windowblinds- or I would make it myself) and now I have another reccomendation that just popped in my head tonight-- a 50's Diner theme! You know how they made those old vintage diners with that sleek streamlined chrome?

Yeah, Stardock Support is awesome- I had a problem--not with Impulse, but having my father's hand-me-down computer to recognize my account. I wasnt able to download anything. Everyone here has been very helpful- and the Stardock team got right on it- Now I can download away and am putting all my goodies on CD in case I need to re-install them again.

Cool- then I'll be on the lookout for them. I'm scouring Wincustomize for all the past goodies - and have found alot of reallllly nice skins that I missed years ago. Just like the zombies on "Night of the Living Dead", it will only be a matter of time before I catch up to Carl's re-uploaded work [e digicons]:d[/e]

Nice to meet ya c242! I'll be looking forward to seeing your future work :-) Life is a learning experince-- all of us are dumb *'s in various ways--even if we don't realize it yet- The problem with all humanity is that most of us put ourselves on a pedestal when real growth starts at ground level. hugs and welcome back! ~Boldy

Boxxi, you're in my prayers- We are ALL going to go through with what you are going through now-- I will with my parents, and it will be the worst time for me when my mother passes on . Nevertheless, i don't want to die before any of my loved ones, because I dont want them to hurt. I'd rather be the last one alive in my family with all of them rooting for me in the afterlife. I know that if I die before my sister, s

I understand , but pleeeeeease make sure you're presence remains here at least 50% of the time!!- I learned in Girl Scouts years ago this: "Make New Friends, but keep the old-- one is silver but the other is Gold" I hope that when you get to it- you can still make that Gemstone Windowblinds- I'll be the first to download and install it--wether on my little XP machine, or my father's Mega Windows 7 PC!--&n
