I have a non-reproducible hard reset bug. It seems to occur in the late game during periods of high load, but not consistently. For example, I saved a game and then used the Missile Salvo ability on the dreadnought. I got about 4 salvos off then splat. But when I got back in i loaded up and salvoed away to my hearts content. I'm operating at max settings. I can't say specifically what causes it, but I *think* it happens when zooming in, and sometimes the game starts stuttering slight
