When you level a Conclave city you gain the ability to build an Apothecary, this grants access to a potion (90g?) which can cure one random injury per dose. Quite useful!

If you want to see truly disgusting amounts of spell damage, get yourself a Brilliant Warlock with Death and Water. Horrifying Wail does just over the top damage, and it scales with your caster level instead of depending on you finding shards to boost it. (3 dmg per level) x (L10 caster) x (1.5 boost from Warlock) x (1.5 boost from Path of the Mage) x (1.25 boost from Evoker I which is easy to get) = 84.375 dmg to every stack on the table for 18 mana i

When in the 'Build new Buildings' window, a Barracks does not show that the 'Unit Training Discount' is changing from +10 to +25%. The Command Post and War College both properly display upgrading values, but the Barracks does not. - Manii Names

I was playing Pariden one time and my first expansion city was next to a Howling Gorge special location (+3 air power). Since my hometown also had an Air Shard, this gave my initial troops a free +4 initiative. Pair that with the trait which gives +3 attack if your init > opponent's, and it was a wonderful thing. Also the Revelation city enchantment, gained by researching in the Magic tree, is truly outrageous if you have a lot of essence in your citi

What do you like capturing with Beastmaster? 1. Great Wolf - Buffs your entire army with +1 attack per level of the wolf, and it starts at level six. 2. Big Bears - Maul em baby! 3. Umberdroth - Overpower! 4. BIG Spiders - Web, Poison 5. Really big Rock Spiders - Tank and Spit Poison 6. Skaths - x3 dmg Bite ?. Anyone try Nagas? Note you can only ca

Q: How do you destroy a city? A: After you have owned it for 5 turns an option to 'Raze' the city becomes available. I think it shows up immediately in the little city menu with rename etc, but when you try to do so it says you have to wait for those 5 turns.

Does it do anything other than impact city size, and thus unlocking city specific bonuses at city level 2-3-4-5? Pop used to impact research and production, but that's obviously been changed.

I used to be very active in the beta community, and then RL drew me away. While I've been gone many changes were made, and a I have a few questions. 1. Logging camp. Does your city have to be founded directly next to a forest or can you creep towards it with buildings and then create a logging camp? 2. Pier. Same question as above. 3. Strategies for Hero growth. Potential seems l

It does not matter how much of a relationship you have or how many tributes you give, about an hour in they will gangbang you. Just to make things clear, nobody here likes getting gangbanged.[/quote] You can look at your relationship with each AI player, seeing what values are giving you +/-. &nbs

People are posting their issues in the wrong forum, please direct all of the bugs and issues and whatnot to the SUPPORT FORUM. It is causing too much churn in this beta forum, which is designed for general feedback and questions. I am pasting in a quote from Derek here: "1. When posting to the forums, please preface the Subject line with [BUG], [CRASH], etc. Where possible, please direct general feedback to the FE beta forum (<a href="https://forums.elemen

Queen Procipinee has the summoner trait, plus Air / Life / Water spellbooks. The only summoner spell in those three books is the water elemental, which quite frankly is pretty crappy. So she can summon the basic warg, plus water elementals. Why bother being a summoner in this case? I just don't see it being a viable trait without a serious investment in either Fire, Earth or both. You could say, "Well Pariden can buy earth and fire spellbooks!" Yes th

I have a pet Ophidian (Bitey) that I received from an early quest. Ophidians are magic immune. In spite of this when I engage spellcasting enemies (Spiders) they will persist in trying to web Bitey, while she laughs at them. Suggestion - have enemy AI take magic immunity into account. - Manii Names (#05)
