Thanks Noctilus-I will be as active as I can be but may stay out of the factions Qrtxian/Tolmekian: can I suggest that when a proposal is drawn that either of you (probably Tolmekian as Chair/Initiator of all of this) has the casting vote. That is, after all, exactly how it would work in a democracy (vis a vis President of the US in Congress and British PM in Cabinet) What do people think?
