If I understood you correctly, there might be a problem that you paid twice for some software which you haven't identified for us, and a separate problem accessing it? Is that correct? If so, tell us which software, but don't reveal the keys.

gHacks brought some unhappy (but true to form) news from the astronauts aboard Artemis II on its way to orbit the Moon. An astronaut aboard NASA's Orion spacecraft, currently in orbit for the Artemis II mission , reported to ground controllers in Houston that Microsoft Outlook was not working on their device. The exchange was streamed live on NASA's YouTube channel during space-to-ground communications.
