I can't find the skin in our Gallery. That might mean that Don removed it, in which case you're out of luck. I can try messaging him about it and if he so desires, he can upload it again.
The way Support works is you pose your question in the appropriate forum appropriate to which software you're having a problem with. There is no telephone support.
