You will have to register your products through SDC. Once done you will be able to download the software. Open SDC > Tools > Register Prodcuts > Select your category > enter registration info. After this, you should be all setup. If you've forgotten your Registration number, you can email Stardock and they will provide you with it...link below. Stardock Reg. Link

That is an excellent theme, but it only themes the taskbar, start menu and background. Your confusing me here. Q's Vista DX theme DOES NOT skin the Taskbar and Start Menu. Yes, You can use Both WindowBlinds and DesktopX together... Desktop X themes the taskbar, the start menu and background, sometimes, media player and some widgets. DesktopX doesn't theme these, they are all created using DesktopX...someone coded them, then skinned them with graphics. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif

Is there a straightforward way to use IconDeveloper to replace an icon in a large file, e.g. shell32.dll, with a different one? Hmm, I don't see why you couldn't just create your own 32 x 32 icon (or whatever size you want) and add that format, then select it to use. Universal Metal uses WindowBlinds, DesktopX, IconPackager, WinAmp, and Windows Media Player. All of those programs need to be installed for the complete suite. Do you have these programs installed? You shouldn't have any problems running WindowsFX and Windowblinds together. Just remember that both utilize the video card (Windowblinds runs completely off of it).
