It's on the screen where you select your map type and the planets settings, it is down the bottom left hand corner, there are a few checkboxes make sure Alliance is ticked. Hope that helps

Although the Metaverse will flag your game as a cheat we have the Altmeta at our disposal for ranking. The Altmeta does not discriminate between games, cheat or no cheat, so mod away guys. Hi W.A., east coast for me, Newcastle to be exact. I guess the cheese to it all is, you know where the AI will be at some point. Place a couple of Influence bases at the asteroids and let the AI do the hard work for you. I do this when my miner heads off into space i know i won't be able to colonize effectivly before the AI will. If you can just nab the closest planetto the mines, even in deep influence of another AI you should hang on to them.

I was shocked a little while ago by the fact that attacking ships ignored the fleet parked on top of the military starbase altogether and just destroyed it and moved on With stacked ships/fleets and starbases the AI will shoot at the strongest ship/base first. So if you have a fleet of 3 ships 5at/5def on top of a starbase that has 10at/10def your starbase will be targeted first. If they destroy the starbase they can move on if they wish.... Hop
