A lot of the things the United States has done and how they have done them have in part helped bring extremist agendas into the realm of reasonability. At least in their minds. Like you said every other country you have lived in has had the opinion that they way of doing things is right and all the others are wrong.

"Burger flippers here get up to $9 an hour." Must be nice, where I come from the flippers don't make no $9.00 an hour, they make $6.00 with 10 cent raises. Hardly living the good life. I guess when you figure as the governemnt does, a family of four surviving on two incomes of 18k a year, paying for medical expenses, a mortgage, saving for college, retirment, house upkeep/car upkeep, food, insurances, that 18k a year, don't buy what it used to. Considering there hasn't been a minimum w

I have a great one but I'm not sure what you are wanting to use it for. I use cam studio. It allows me to do full screen or part of the screen, a selectable box, get the screen with audio or not, also I can even set the framrates or make a stop motion photogaphy video with it. It dumps to .avi files though, but if you have a video editin program like Sony Vegas you can re-encode it to whatever you want. Info on the program here...http://www.camstudio.org/ Download from here... http:

Paying your ticket, hehe well good for you, the township was counting on that money hehe. Just ribbing ya. Nothing wrong with slowing down, I usually only speed up to about 5 over, and then only 5 more if I'm in a hurry about once or twice a month. I'm kinda surprised you were even able to do 45 in a 30 considering the traffic congestion must have been at least moderate at that posted speed.

I apologize for adding onto the stress, it's wrong of me to do that. It's obvious you can't win and even if you could, in my eyes, if I were in your shoes, I'd go anyway, not that I'm a sucker but like you said, your family is having to suffer it and you are suffering. They don't want to see u suffering. What you gotta do is bolt, for you, for your family, throw in the towel, it probably hurts, pride always suffers but if the town is commited to making your life hell, the to

"real poverty definitely had a significant %substance abusers and unwed mothers (or both)" Agree. But teenagers have been getting jobs for years without spending hundreds of dollars. Agree. However, the statement that is cost nothing to get a job is sorta "stupid" in itself. Flippin burgers doesn't keep you above the poverty level. No matter how many you flip.

You know what Gid, you are just whining now. "I suppose YOU think the KKK is just some nice civic group with the best of intentions, huh?" "You're right, though, Dan, the Klan SHOULD be given run of this town." I NEVER SAID THAT EVER, STOP TWISTING MY WORDS, ya jerk! You know what, deal with your problems, bitching about them won't solve em. If you conclude as I believe you have that you can't make it comfortable to live there. LEAVE! Lol. Not everyplace in the

"if you cared you would want this over as quickly as possible without having to come back a third time." Good point. I do care, and I do want it over, I think we have done enough "good" "over there" This war did not begin about us building Iraq into a free and democratic Iraq, it was sold to the public as a hunt for WMD, and a regime change, to that end, the stated goal was to stabilize Iraq enought to permit a vote, and election of a government, turn the country, with it's pro

I would have to say substance abuse, unplanned pregnancies are the two biggest reasons people are in poverty, that and maybe poor economic education a third. Does anyone have some stats? Last time I went from being unemployed to employed it cost me about $400 to get a new job, through emails, resumes, research, phone calls, interview clothing. I'll grant you that I probably could have done more with less, but there is certainly a cost to get a job, if you take any job, not nec

Well they give you a chance to appear in court to protest it, you could hire a lawyer, or just talk to one to give u some ideas, I'm not one but when I spoke to one about a ticket I thought I had coming, there are lots of loopholes, they have to prove you were driving, that their radar gear was calibrated, and that sorta thing.

"I suppose YOU think the KKK is just some nice civic group with the best of intentions, huh?" Hey if you want to mock me you can go to hell mmmmmm,k. If garbage on your land doesn't lower the landvalues, if that's not a fact, then fine you win. Since it is a fact that living next to an airport, toxic waste facility, landfill, nuclear powerplant, and any heavy industry, is essentially detrimental to residential land values, as well as having garbage on the property and debris, r

People are interested in getting out because we are there for reasons that we didn't go in for. I.E. No nation building, no WMD, no end in sight. Also, a lot of the soldiers in Iraq involved in hostile actions, though they may live, there are a lot more then those killed who daily suffer war injuries that will leave them permanently deformed, and unable to perform normal functions, i.e. lost limbs, lost senses, long term psychological effects, for every soldier killed, there are two, th

My point was, this is a discussion about ram latency vs adding additional ram quantity, my point was simply if you aren't a gamer, you wouldn't be in either group, interested in ram latency, or interested in adding more ram. As you said, 512 MB Ram would be fine for email/word processing, exclusive to gaming. My point, is that if you are gaming, then and only then does your interest in ram latency vs ram quantity come into play. If all you do is email, play spider s

"I am coming around my argument though and starting to understand why it might be a problem telling private business owners what to do....but then I think the same way you do about people who work in the food services industry...that they shouldn't go into a business they know the gov is already gotten into pretty heavily (with health laws)." Exactly. Welcome to the United States of America, the land of prosperity and regulations. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/ju/T_JU/smiles/Yum
