So, if I bought it with a different email account then I need to talk to support?

I do believe that there was the Eclipse and Sovereign class Star Destroyers. I understand that they were both insanely massive, and even had superlasers (the weapon the death star used). Though they couldn't destroy a planet, they could scorch the entire surface, making it more or less inhospitable. I can't give you the exact sizes, though I do know they were far bigger than the SSDs.
That would be some physcotically malevolent AI. I wouldnt want it to go so far as myspace.... but remembering past strategies would be cool. It would make those strategic nutcases with super-strategies think once or twice... It would also help the computer to learn a little. But it would take some really powerful cpu to spit out those kinds of responses. But if anybody is going to do it, it will probably be you guys. GCII has the best AI among most of my games. <img src="smiles/Congrats.gif" b
mmmm sounds good. i think that things such as what you listed would be good... some other things such as a group of planets in one large region of the galaxy, regardless of the controlnig race, band together, defect from their controllers, and begin to destroy everybody.
nm...
Nope. Never. i keep my approval at 100% all the time (i never let my planets get above 5 bil pop most of the time).
i dont understand jewlery being used as hulls, but i see how to custom ones work.
well, the zerg probably have units we have never seen, monsters which werent in the game. im sure the protoss have other ships, but from what i remember, the "burning of the worlds" was caused by carriers. that suggests carriers have weapons that have yet to be exposed. the Earth Directerate used the same ships as the dominion........ i find that hard to believe.... in anycase, it would be hard to make this mod.
it's an idea. this isnt limited to GC2. anything... provided you follow the rules. so he IS on topic.
well ya, but how would you use it as a hull?
uuuuumm welll...... hhhm... i... uhh... eeeerr.... uuumm......hm. the issue is that starcraft had 2d modules basically.... it wouldnt work either... there arent any maps on the starcraft world.... and the only ships are limited... can you imagine a zerg starship? and what about carriers?
I dont get lights ! well... actually, i get a bit of a silvery effect on certain planets (colonized or not) like ice or something.... this is most evident on class 26s but others have this "ice effect" as well. as for colony lights, i dont see them... as for the intel thing, if your talking about cards, then i should see them because i have an ATI/Radeon thingy (it says both on the box...). if your talk
i just specialize certain planets to certain areas. for instance, my REALLY big planets (class 15-26/30) i usually dedicate to manufacturing, as the big planets can produce ships at insane rates, while i will dedicate smaller worlds to research (though some i make for manufacturing in case of attack and losing all my major production worlds), and the really tiny ones (class 2-9/10) i fill up with economic buildings.... this is very efficient, especially with big maps.
i like how beam weapons look, but the doom ray is amazingly weak... black hole guns arent too bad, but the black hole eruptor, now that is a weapon! however, im working on a mod that will make all the weapons equal in the end, meaning that the only difference will be the type of animation.
Ok, i am making a mod to expand the entire weapons portion of the tech tree... however, my ships would all look like the hulls already in a category. So, how can i get some new hulls for these ships?
hhhhhm.... but would the AI research and use techs that the players made?
i got it.... for some reason my comp decided that "Internet Explorer" and "Adobe Reader" were good programs to use... well... let the modding begin! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!
k... ill see if i can do that...
tech trading isnt very useful unless you get the later tech and the ones before it.... that helps a lot... but researching several techs at once could be helpful, but only if you have A LOT of research dedicated worlds...
maybe i could make two types: a large one that has a build range (like a ship range, but much smaller) and can make any size ship... another, smaller one that can only build small and tiny hulls, but has MUCH larger range... that wouldnt be as hard..
well i know what im doing, but i cant modify the XML.... my comp wont use paste, i cant type in it.... the only thing i can do with it is copy it....
well theres a problem.... how do you mod the XML????
nm, found it!
i know what i can change, i just didnt know where the files were... and i still dont... cant find "GC2Types.xml"...... doesnt seem to be anywhere....
it would be really hard to put distance penalties into the game... im sure it could be done, but im not a modder... i can barely shange the name of a technology... i was just giving an idea...
