Tactical battle threshold? What is that option for? When creating a game what exactly does the pace control? Does it just slow down the speed of research? I have noticed when I engage just one enemy it doesnt go into tactical... which makes sense, but can i still cast a spell against that indivual unit, and if so how? :) Thanks in advance!

Normally I would flog a game that did have issues, but the rate at which Stardock has been patching things I have no issues recommending the game. The game honestly needed a few more weeks before release i think, but its released and here we are. For me Stardock's GC2 was more then enough to earn plenty of good will capital to be spent towards Elemental. Demigod, and Sins which there were varrying degrees of involvement are both games i still play regularly and they work fine. (Although peopl

You can use the mouse to move, and when you bought the beta a year ago it specifically said that you wouldnt be charged until the game was released, which is a little confusing later on. The confusion I run into is you cant walk on edge tiles, or mountian tiles. Being used to playing Civ games i keep clicking on tiles I cant move on to. It took be about a half hour but i got out of the habit. Havent tried the camp, but random maps are a blast so far.

The game we have is actually a pre release version as the offical release is still a day out. A patch list was actually just posted im sure some of the bugs are included. Just stay tuned Stardock is historically good at after release support and fixes. They had to release a bit sooner due to a few brick and mortar issues. S.R.

Ya know this with Civ also is based on random luck. There has been times ive played civ on near hardest difficulty and won in 6 to 7 hours(very rare, very lucky) and other times where i have played on a medium setting for 30+ hours and lost. Maybe hes just a better player then you ;) S.R.

Hey you get it before the release date... so its not as early as you wanted, im sure 90% of the people here would have loved to get it months ago if it was possible :P they never said how early, just early. These things do take time.

Heres the thing, I think alot of people would like to play MP full scale with all the feautres. People who play these games are not looking oh how long is this game going to take? Hell a good game of Sins takes 12 hours sometimes. Friends and I plan to play alot of this game, even if it takes weeks to finish a game its kinda what we were hopeing. The only disappointment about GC2 is it would have been an amazing in depth multiplayer experince, was really looking for a full release of

On one hand stealing is always wrong, but the industry does help push the point that just maybe once in awhile you steal the game before you buy it. Let me explain. I buy alot of computer games, anything besides WoW i will buy from Blizzard or any team that left Blizzard that worked on there first few games (StarCraft, Diablo, WarCraft2 teams) They are a good company, and do a good job and offer great support. Maxis used to be like that until they got bought by EA and Will Wright beca
