I need some help adding sounds to a Windowblinds skin. The .wav sound file is in the skin folder and shows up in Skin Studio, but no sound. I am trying to copy sounds from one skin to another. Thanks

I like the clicks, because my sound card has reverb.
Hi Feline, T-Man gave a link to the latest version of SDC, 091. Now it works fine. Thanks!
Hey, that did it!!! Thanks T-Man! Nothing like having the correct version, that's what I always say. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/sm
ok. Trying to get some help "over there" but still not able to log on.
I still don't see a place for a password. just email address and serial #. This is for Object Desktop.
Hey, Nikki Wilke, are you talking about an actual password or the serial number? (like 21 digits) I have checked all of that and still can't log on. I don't see where you enter a user password.
OK, I don't got it! Keep getting the message "Logon Failed" It won't let me update anything.
Never mind, got it!!!
Is Stardock Central up and running now? I can't log on for some reason.
Yes, it was being mis-pronounced.
Hi Shmoopy!!!!!
There are numerous graphics programs out there. A popular and reasonably priced one that a lot of people here use is Paintshop Pro. The latest version is 7.04. Version 8 is due out in April, I think. Adobe Photoshop is good, but pretty ex$pen$ive
51 I'm trying to learn Paintshop Pro so I can make my first skin from scratrch. This all got srarted because of that UGLY green start button on Windows XP.
I bought Object Desktop in January and it was and still is kind of overwhelming. However, if you plan on making skins from scratch, you will need 3rd party software such as Paintshop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, etc. It is a tremendous bargain for the money. Heck the message board alone is invaluable. Where else can you get 24/7 support, make friends, have fun, get the latest gossip, and maybe even learn about skinning and such! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/joke.gif" border=0
Paintshop Pro is good and reasonably priced. Adobe Photoshop is the "premier" graphics program, but expensive. Some of the simpler things can be done in Microsoft Paint.
Hey Shmoopy, what happened to the link to your picture? I want to use it for a Paintshop lesson. (If you don't mind) Thanks!
"If all else fails, read the instructions."
"If at first you don't succeed, get a bigger hammer."
You're all crazy, but I like it!!!
I think she had a miscarriage and he couldn't deal with it. Or maybe They threw some people who didn't contribute to Wincustomize.
I read some posts every day but haven't done much posting myself lately. Been trying to learn Paintshop pro and Skinstudio.
/me would just like to say welcome back Shmoopy. You have been missed. Even by a rank newbie like me.
I would like to see a click-by-click video of the basics to get us rookies going. Paint shop has good tutorial videos.
