Am I correct in my understanding that when one goes to trial and is waiting for the jury to deliberate that they all have to agree to the same verdict, guilty or innocent before they can give it? If so that does not sound like a democracy. As this article states that pretty much how lawyers running the country will run it, thru ultimatums and not thru democracy.

I didn't know women were any more different then men when it comes to murder. What is the big deal with giving a woman the death penalty? I find it amazing how someone is such a high position as the president of a State chapter would allow her own political views and beliefs to describe the entire chapter as if all the women i their group were Democrats or Liberals.
