baker wasn't spewing hate...he was harsh, and a lil over the top, which is his style..maybe i'm just used to it. i hope he does continue to post around here. not because we agree all the time (or most of the time), but because he obviously cares about the things he cares about and has a valid viewpoint, as you do chuck. and as long as i am not being insulted on my own blog (which baker is flirting with on another thread as we speak)all are welcome to discuss

I don't come here just for Muslim discussions. I do have to tolerate people like Rightwinger flitting from blog to blog spreading lies though. It's kind of cute how you call what I posted hatred and not the constant whine of how Muslims are a threat to us. Tarring millions of people because of their religion is probably validated by the insanely small number of attacks by Muslims here in the US. Actually you don't have to tolerate anything. Simply not ha

a point i've been making for years. Then maybe you can explain to me why people criticize that which they do themselves, cause don't think I was not including you when I said that. If anything you inspired me. but i have also personally known many in public service who were decent people. in fact, most of them have been. unfortunately, one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. I tend to believe that even

BakerStreet June 7, 2007 10:57:35Reply #6 Wow, so much hatred. You would think someone in here called you a Muslim and got you arrested or something. If you dislike the people on this site so much why do you keep coming back and replying? This is like one of those things like in Howard Sterns movie "Private Parts" where the radio stations are trying to figure out the statistics of his radio show. A large % of people don't like the show but they

yeah, whatever....absolutely NO refutiation of any facts here,,,victory IS mine... lol, sounding more like Col gene everyday. Victory is mine? Why not say "mission accomplished" instead? It suits you more. ...and please learn how to spell "losing"...only a "loser" whould continue to spell it wrong after years of being corrected. Hard habits to break I guess. After all I am only human. But I guess it wou

I think it's hilarious that people still expect our corrupt and crippled political system to work and produce competent candidates. What I really find funny is that when someone is so loyal to a party that they think only the opposing party is the corrupted one. So far most people who believed in Bush admit he's not what they tthought he was, when it comes to Clinton, he was the victim.

and i'll stop pointing out that we are on the wrong path when that path actually changes. Not sure that is what you meant to write as oppose to what you meant to say but I believe I got your point here. Change of path is something you won't get an argument from me, so lang as the change is not to something I would consider worse.

oh, now congress isn't responsible for it's own appropriations and spending as well? it's all george's fault, since the republican's don't have to defend him in another election. guess the admin. taught the party well in throwin people under the bus once they are no longer politically useful. Uh, hello? Congress was control by the Reps before and they were in it with Bush so no he is not giving Congress a free ride. Stop nit-picking and put a real argume

Now you really are starting to write like Col gene does. Having to put the same point twice in different articles as if they were 2 different stories. You seem to be running out of fuel Sean. On this site "repetition is "not" the key to success". Col knows this all to well.

you are really getting to be a petty lil bitter one gid...i said the "commission on presidential debates" keeps 3rd parties out of national politics. but they are a private entity, not the "man" as you suggest. but that's ok, because one of the problems is that people think that the commission is some neutral govt. agency. and i'm happy to correct you on that again. Actually you used "commission on presidential debates" as an example. This is what you r

Much better word useage. Well thank you. I am learning from the best here. Maybe he invented a human disease from the old cow hoof n mouth disease. foot n mouth disease A mutated version. Next he will be sleeping standing up and having his drunk daughters tip him over.

There's a huge difference between disagreeing with a President's policies and denouncing him as a 'moron,' equating him with Hitler, claiming we 'deserved' 9/11, undermining the war effort, or denigrating our nation as a whole simply because you dislike the current administration. You have always had a better way with words than me.

You do realize that with people like you no one really ever stands a chance at doing anything right. I mean, so this turned out to be somewhat bogus, I guess if we would have just let them, at least try even if not successful by any means, you would have been screaming: "All this money spent on security and they couldn't even stop these idiots from entering an airport and stopping an attempt that might have done real damage and might have killed a lot of people". In other words damned if do, da

Talk about cherry picking. One day you claim that Republicans do nothing but lie the next day you eat up anything they say. You really have lost you mind haven't you Col? You jump at anything that screams "Bush is evil" even if it comes from the mouths of the same people you called liars days before. In the words of Buzz Lightyear (ask a grandkid if you don't know who this is): "You are one sad, strange, little man. You have my pitty."

DON'T YOU JUST LOVE DEMOCRACY You mean "DON'T YOU JUST LOVE IRONY". The irony being that at one point most of us were pointing fingers with Bush we he called the Democrats unpatriotic when they disagreed with him in some policies. Now that we find ourselves at the recieving end of his finger as well we wanna puke at the idea that we had any faith in him at all. At least I do anyways. I have seen the President

You'll then get to mooch off of SSI while having more rights then an US citizen. Hmmm, and then actually having affordable healthcare, and don't worry about insuring your automobile. You can freely go after the US implodes as a refugee. Hehe, talk about "give an inch, take a mile". Or as we say in Puerto Rico "give them a ride and they want to drive".
