A program with a complex and very rich skin format that requires a lot of work to make a skin for but the result can be truly unique (say the Winamp 5 approach). but with a approach also for beginner (like logonxp, dx, and many others) like that all people could be skinning and learn day after day

if you have installed MCP if nothing happened copy all files in this folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock\ to this one C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\DesktopX reboot the computer Hope that's help you
