The 6200 is, I think, the last card to be available for just plain PCI. I'd really perform a check to make sure you don't have something like AGP or PCIE slot. If you have AGP or PCIE, then you should be able to upgrade to something much faster. If you don't have AGP or PCIE - then I'd really recommend upgrading to a more recent system.

If you're still in XP, then it's also the way you access Windows Update. In any case - it makes sense to update IE, even if you don't use it for regular browsing tasks.

Make sure both WB and Comodo are up to date. Recent versions of both software work together more nicely than older versions. I'm running both on my XP system without any major troubles.
