ok thanks Zakai, and kilajosh , I have now got the 200x200 what color depth do I use is it 16 bit RGB channel or 8 RGB bit channel, I am using PSP11 :)

I see some good points in this thread, but I also see that some people like myself find spelling is harder than some, and if you are not a good reader then what good is a dictonary? I do try my best at what I do, I had a learning problem and if I don't know how to spell a word I often ask starkers and with his help I get what I need to get done. Ok so my punctuation is always in the wrong spots, I do try (:(
