~DrM~ I think what shades is trying to say, is that currently the congress is in GOP hands, and obviously, if they wanted to have him, cause they are in the majority...they'd have passed him. However, since Bush cannot even get Bolton approved in a congress controlle by his OWN party...there is about a chance in hell that he would get him approved by a democrat controlled congress. Well, I really don't see what is wrong with making sure the election was fair. Yes, I don't advocate whining, but...fair is fair, if it wasn't fair then it was not fair. I mean, jeez, there've been tons of reasons, and times where elections have been questioned, think about it: voting machine malfunction, Human error, dead voters, etc...
