Regarding playboy there is a lot more than a bunny pic. ;) I've seen a opera playboy skin. It was fabulous with some skin colored buttons and a sexy background(this is why I cant use it).

I think it does the first one(move the file into a open folder) in the same way as windows taskbar(by dragging and hovering over that folder taskbar for some time) and doesnt do the second one(show windows side-by-side).

As PuterDudeJim said you should set margins. If you set a margin of 20 in left that means If the image will be resized then the 20 pixels from the left will be left untouched, similarly for the top,right and bottom. If you have a image which has round borders then open it in image editor. Check how much pixels far from the left, border becomes completely straight then set this value for left, similarly for right, top.... This way you will set the correct margins. A higher value may work but

Its sometimes the boredom but most of the time it is something new I've spotted(most of the time its the new wallpaper I want to use) which prompts me for a change then I change everything to match the thing I've spotted. I am currently using chocolate WB by Patrick24 with substyle cherry in WB, A NFS carbon wall, Dragon Dx theme recolored and Meddle cursor.
