spent about 2hours trying to implement that into making my windows transparent If you are talking about the window content ex...personality sec. or background for say my pics that is 1 sec. you can not apply trans to!hope this answers your question!

The quick launch buttons do that for me sometimes too, when I am making a blind. What I do, is right click on the taskbar, select view > small icons THANK YOU but when I right click I dont get a view option
