Yeah I guess you are right Paladin. Abu Gharib was all an AQ mystery right? Mr. Greene, you keed pestering me for making up stuff yet you do the same. Right here you are suggesting that America tortured the people at that prison. Please show me proof that is the case.

When I don't agree with something someone has written, I usually go find the info to refute it with! That only works if you want to learn the truth.

Yes yes, blame the democrats... *rolls eyes* It is not blame the Democrats it is saying that they were in charge at the time and they had no problem letting it happen. It was a Democratic Congress that came up with the UCMJ. Republicans did not take over congress until 12 years ago the Democrats had it for 60 years before that and now they have i

Okay SHOW ME where I said I could predict the weather! Talking about climate change is NOT predicting the weather! Sir! Please do not confuse the issue with fact or logic when dealing with Mr. Greene.

Silent Poet, Keep in mind if you will, that part of the AQ hand book says no matter what happens if they get to the press they are supposed to say they were mistreated and tortured. This is why I have a hard time believing that with this information being public knowledge how could the US be so stupid to torture people? How can the press be so happy to print stories of torture without checking the story? Why people beleve that we torture people without thinking twice? Why dose everyone

Find a way so that it doesnt happen again. Or, realistically, so that it happens hardly at all. ok Silent, I will try again. During the civil war we had no problem torturing people to death. I was not even a crime. During WWI all nations did it as a matter of course but it trailed off when America entered the war. D

Some of the things Paladin says, aren't always facts, though he makes them out to be so. So you gotta be careful with this guy. Yet you fail to prove this.

It is not the theory I think is flawed. Einstein himself believed there was a flaw in his calculations and most of theoretical physicists agree but they have not found it yet. The basic part of his equation is E=MC2 (you can look that part up) but the rest does not make total sense, at first everyone believed that they were too dumb to get it so they accepted it without much scrutiny but now people are thinking he really did have a flaw. Because it contradicts quantum mechanics as well as planet

Perhaps rather then just making sh*t up you'd like to inject a little science into your pseudo mathematics. For example, you take the average increase in temperature of the sun, to be a steady increase, which it is not, jut a steady increase measured over too small a time frame, so that add uncertainty. You try to bait me and it is starting to w

-We also know the orbit of the earth was more eliptical at one time. Just to clear up this one little point. All the orbits are eliptical because the SUN is moving around the Galaxy and dragging all the planets with it. <TD class="mb-Body-Quote

"Paladin wrote: My best calculations bring us to 150k years before the oceans start to boil." Mr. Greene replied: Hold the phone here tony... You're saying in 150,000 years at worst, the earth's oceans will boil as in reach 100 C? yup! And in between now and then we will have a few ice ages which will slow down the work so the sooner we s

are you really advocating we leave the planet ASAP or at least start working (urgently) on a way to prevent a problem that is prehaps 1-5 billions years away? YES!!!! you did not notice this but that was the purpose of my article. My calculations are as conservative as I can make them and it comes down to 1500 years not 1 to 5 billion years

Let me be more specific and demaning in your proof, even though they apparently discovered some WMD, some "degraded", "hazaradous", "potentially lethal", that is description could equally apply to motor oil, or thousands of household items, and hardly, hardly Paladin, amounts to either the NUCLEAR WEAPONS PROGRAM that was implied to supposedly be in progress, and neither d

The WHO, probably hasn't published the study for good reason, I would guess political bias, the same kinda political bias that you purport in your examination of global warming. This view disturbs me. An orginazation whos sole purpose is the study of human health issues is playing politics. I don't have a political bias when it comes to science.

Some elements of Islam want all to convert. Others just want the West to stay out of their countries. They also react to the one sided way the U.S. deals with Israel. Col, America is one sided for a very simple reason. There are only two sides. Help Israel survive being surrounde by nations that what them dead or kill all the jews. Hiter

If winning is regime change, then we won. If you're referring to winning as babysitting Iraq for the next forty years with a large military presence then you may be sorely disappointed to find that few Americans are interested in the prospect of our guys being a big fat bullseye in the middle of the desert until Iraqis are dragged, kicking and screaming, into becoming a co

Lets start 1 by 1. Name one "fact" I haven't supported. I'll go get you some supporting evidence. But I'm not going to spend the rest of my life debating with a guy who's advocating we make finding a way out of the solar system "top priority" to the solution of global warming, and who denies that second hand smoke causes cancer. Any more resistance was futile and pointless. 9 million of a divided society vs. a superpower of 200 million. America didn't dare to even confront this power, so once again blaming us for not fighting long enough is a little more than bitterly ironic. You are right! It is your country and we failed to come in and save you. Sorry.

Look, I am not an expert on environment. But I do know, that lots of scientists say there will be serious problems in 40 years You may not be too well versed with the grant system. And please, let's have a look at your own comment! If America is always just the one, who is content with itself, and doesn't want to take part in wars, because it doesn't need it, your leaders would be the biggest idiots on Earth if they went to war for the interests of other countries.. What I am saying is that America has not gone on a war of

Knowing Hungarian history you would not think that. We fought against the Ottomans for 300 years, we fought against and opposed the Habsburgs for hundreds of years, we fought again the Soviets.. From 1526 on Hungary spent 90% of its energies fighting against a bigger and stronger enemy. It's false we didn't bothered. We bothered.. Always just bothering, fighting an uphill
