Objectdock in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

Hey, I need help.. I have a set of icons at the top of my screen (shortcuts for my programs) and Im happy about that.. What I also want to do is when I click one of the icons I want another icon to appear over the taskbar to notify that the program is running.. I don't want it to show on either the taskbar or system tray.. just over the taskbar.. Is that possible? If so, is it possible to have system tray icons to show above the taskbar as well?
