It is geting worse , because now, are not only the viruses that we receive, but also the huge amount of answers from some servers who are saying that we have send them e-mails with viruses!!! I have deleted all my received e-mails and I went out for 3 hours and when I have re-open my e-mail I found 2.354 new e-mails with viruses It is really geting worse!

#87 I have done this too Alexandrie , two days ago I have format and reinstall everything!!! It took me one day to do all those installations! But this was the last time, now I have a drive copy, which means that if I see something strange happening in my computer, I can replace the C drive in less than some minutes with a fresh copy of everything I am using, system, drivers, software, everything will be like it was 2 days ago, fresh and fast!
I am a way from my home for a weekend with my laptop and I have open Outlook Express this morning to check my e-mails...you won’t believe what I have found, 3.685 e-mails from this damn W32/Sobig worm in less than one day!!!!!! It was impossible to use my e-mail any more; it would take me one day to open them all with my 800 MHZ laptop! It is the first time in my "computer" life that I am having a problem with a virus who can’t touch me, but really makes my life difficult! It
I got 184 e-mails today with viruses and still comming! Just tell Norton to "repair and then silently delete if unsuccessful" Alexandrie, I was having the same problem, but not any more.

You can put together your own library of GUI parts and then import them into your skins to more quickly assemble a new visual style. No having to deal with the tedium of recreating group boxes or patching Shellstyles.DLL. The authors are concerning about the visibility of their works Brad, not so much about the votes. This Ratting System make their works hidden from the puplic and this the "cruel" part of the current ratting system.
Yes, I understand that, but has nothing to do with the rattings, but it is personal attack from some persons against you and this is another story.
As for a fair rating system there is nothing more fair than the downloads, nobody lose his time downloading something that doesn't like, and like is a vote! What can be more fair than this?
There are no double standards Brad. The difference is that WinCustomize Rating system it is very cruel , in the other sites you have mention, nothing is not available for the public , even if it has 0, everybody can see it!!!
It is an option Paul, there are still the other options, nothing will be hidden, it is just a sorting, first your request and then the rest. But it seems to me now, that it was just a wasting of time, yours and mine. I guess that not even at the prison they don't make this kind of conversations which are leading to nowhere, where they have nothing else to do
Having the option Admins choice everybody going to be happy, we will have quality, we will have a ratting system which it is not so cruel , Brad will be happy, because he wants only the admins rattings, so he will have that option, nobody can complain about quality any more, they have the option to see quallity by selecting "by admins choice", and more important, nobody can complain any more about moderation ! I quess this will solve the majority of the proplems.<br
What about this option: 1) Author. 2) Created. 3) Updated. 4) Downloads overall. 5) Downloads today. 6) Skin Name. 7) Admins choice and no rattings , only a certain number of downloads will make a wallpaper jumb to the main Wallpapers section. Please don't forget that some works disappear because of one bad rate which has been given for personal or taste reasons and this is not fair at all. I am not telling you
