Make sure you don't have a Firewall, or applications like anti-virus/popup killers/AdAware things running in the background. They may prevent SDC from updating. You can also try going to Tools, Settings, and Internet and reset the XML data.

I checked your account, and logged into WC with no problem, then attempted to download a skin, again it went through fine. Make sure you are logging into WC with your Nickname & Password.
Have a feeling the Sys info will have some unique dates of files... If ya know what I mean. By all means, DO post your System Info from the WB6 copy you have.
There is a much newer build on SDC, try updating and see if you have the same issue.
I helped him on IRC, It worked for me in FF, but not for him. He tried in IE and it worked, then had him retry FF and it finally worked there as well. Most likely a cache thing.
I get this everytime, thumbnails don't show until I click somewhere in the window, or scroll the window, then they start appearing. I just don't use that feature, much better to just click on the WindowBlinds link under Gallery, and look that way.

Bill, every application under Object Desktop has to be installed on an individual basis.
Also check your Startup folder, is the gadget in there? Delete it from Startup if it is.

That error is a known issue, which the web devs are working on. You would be better served to e-mail [email protected], explain what you tried to do, the error you received and that you need to have Sales do a manual order for you.

Almost all our software has a serial number, since ObjectDock is not a part of Object Desktop, it gets it's own serial number.
You state your running a Trial version of WB, your trial period may have run out. Do you have a Stardock account? Have you purchased the full version? I recommend doing so.
