I can see a lot of non computer savvy people getting hit.by this. the ISP's want to police the internet then they need to do it for spyware,Malware,Virus,Trojans,Etc... and bartenders need to start Policing their bars and not let drunks drive... try this don't know if it will help. apply Win 7 default the first one in the list (Windows Aero) then run Ccleaner and any other cleaner and Spy ware you have. restart PC then apply a WB Skin... if no go. If you can try a system Restore a day or 2 before it happened. did you install any programs that do anything to you taskbar.. if so uninstall them... did you add any context menu to the registry or (as in did yo

have you tried to do a system restore? did it do the newest Microsoft Up dates? last Tuesday I ask that cause after I did them my other monitor was not working and had to do a system restore for it to work again.. and what is odd is now every time I turn off my DisturbedComputer my other Monitor is not working again and another system restore which every time it tells me system restore was not Restored but yet the Monitor is working.... and that was in Safe Mod
