[/quote] Thats odd...each of my Technet keys allows you to install the OS to 10 different machines, and reinstall unlimited times.
I missed this...Very Nice Guys! Also, great job to the one who made the presentation video.
Only 50 gigs of music...I've got you beat, 150 GB for me and climbing. I been converting all of my LPs and CDs to MP3s for the past few years and only have about a couple hundred left to go. I've been using 320 bitrate which tends use a good bit of hard disk space but has no quality loss. When I was younger, I dated a DJ when the radio station closed down and then converted to christian broadcasting. The new owners were happy when I volunteered to dis
This one works for me.
Uvah...who the heck is that? Welcome back...damn, I just figured out why it's been so quiet around here.[e digicons];)[/e]
Brad, thanks for the MFM referance and the stroll down 8 bit memory lane. [e digicons];)[/e] For those of you switching to AHCI...disconnecting your USB storage drives while making the switch will allow it to go easier.
86 messages. I ended up closing it. When i run it now, it opens at 50% and stays there. Where is the temp directory so I can clean it up and retry it?
How long is it supposed to take to download them...it's been stuck at 50% for the past half hour.

Can I get a little shove ? Thanks

Hyper-V is great in a server environment but keep in mind it always uses resources. On the average desktop Virtual PC / XP Mode is the better choice since you can terminate resource usage when you close out your virtual session. Philly, you should set up a Virtual PC on your Win 7 machine if you're interested in the subject. I believe XP Mode is limited to what version of 7 you have but there is a way to install Virtual PC 2007 on all. You can find

I'd like to buy you a beer....hell, have two. [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] Nice to see you back. Perhaps seeing you around more will inspire some of us to be a bit more creative as well.
You should post a little more info such as what OS you're running. Knowing what video card and if you have the latest drivers would help as well.
Bright sunny skies in SC this morning...we dodged the bullet. Looks like the wind speed has died down a little and it's at 85 mph now. Keep in mind it's not the wind speed that's dangerous...it's the shit it picks up and throws at that speed that'll get ya. Dave, sounds like you have'nt been through one...if you'd have, you'd change your tune. Even a cat 1 storm is enough to scare the shit out of someone. If you're in the path, get p
