Problems with the New PixOS Suite in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I need help with getting the sysmetrix and object bar part of this suite. I can't seem to get the clock to set in sysmetrix and I am haveing all kinds of trouble with object bar. I am new to using OB but not to sysmetrix, but still, I had to un-install OB and change the skin on sys.to get rid of the problems. I can't seem to get a shutdown, or restart button to show etc. My prtscn doesn't seem to work either so I can show things.Help!! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/wink.gif

There is not much I can say that hasn't been said. I agree with all that more icons would be nice and a NS/WS skin would be great. This is one of the best apps I have seen over the years. I changed the wall to the Blue Moon which fits. I don't remember where I got it but if anybody wants it email me and I will send it. Justin, I have had a big problem running games on Xp. Sof2, NOLF 1&2 and a few others. I tried everything. The only sulotion I found was to create a dual boot and run my games on 98. Now all the games work great and I still get the good stuff from XP. I hope this helps.

The Nvidia theme works fine but after I loaded the alphia WB on top ove the regular wb program the icon link doesn't work. I have to go to display to set things. Other than that this looks great.

I had to change back to Win 98 because some of the games I would like to be able to finish don't work right with XP. My question is will the new windowblinds that have been created work with win 98? I would hate to have to give up all these great looking skins. Thanks.

Sorry maybe I didn't clarify. I didn't mean my wallpaper I meant the wall for when I open say c drive etc.. Thanks for the suggestions.

I would like to know how I can change (permenant) some areas of the skins. Ok I am talking in the display properties under advanced there are three areas I normally like to change for my own benifit. These are the inactive & active title bars & fonts, and the wall. Can someone tell me how to do this so that it is premenant. Thanks.

Well now, all the roasting. I have used Adaptec since, I don't know when but I have never had a problem. I am using it now with XP and I have never had any problems. Nero was to complicated to use. I like things simple. Ya'll have a nice day.

OH, One other question?? How can I change the preferences in WB's advanced configuration window in Display properties Appearances window. I tried but nothing would happen.

I followed this suggestions and so far so good. Now I can run NextStep, WB Icon and Cusor XP. Man this looks great.

Thanks for all the input. I used ZoneAlarm Pro and Kaspersky Antivirus before I changed to Norton because I read several reviews saying that Norton was better. I can't go back to Kaspersky because my subscription has run out and I just don't have the funds to renew. I will try all the answers.

Here is my problem. I can't run both programs because Norton every so often pops up a message that I can't read or do any thing about. I have to restart win xp home before I can see what the pop up is. It is a message asking me if I should allow etc. the program access. I have tried everything I can think of including running and setting the program scan on Norton to "premit all' on the programs I know about. But, every time I load a new program(s) I'll get this pop up. Does anybody have any ide
