So what we need is two types of Multi star... Multi FFA - In this , nothing changes. Multi Team - This is something special... For Large Random Multi Team 5 Stars , Each team starts in a very small system . Each player will get something like 1 extra asteroid + 1 extra planet at this system . There will be 3 stars for contention in the middle . 1 Star will be mostly neutrals and will be in the center. 2 stars will be staggered and have about 6-8 planets in
or, you could also say that not letting them pull that crap for fake wins until they get a clue and realize all that crap was pointless would also work. it wasn't just that he was stalling as long as it could, it was all his rude chat that really pissed me off. and if i'm somewhat angry and don't have work in the morning, there's no way i'd let anyone get away with that Once you realise that you can get a fake win by hsoting a game with an AI ally vs Nobody an

"The enemy is building a Starbase at our wooorlds "- Vasari "Defilers are encroaching with a Starbase" - Advent "Reconnaisance reveals a Starbase consturcting in our territory" - TEC well...you know what i mean. Something like this would be pretty straightforward and I think it is only fair to have something like this.

I have an idea for the Vasari starbase , subject to balance. When it is moving it cannot fire. When activated , the Vasari starbase requires 5 seconds for engines to power up , then it can move around , then 5 seconds to power down. After powering down engines , it can fire again

Seriously dude... 3 separate games where you have been owned and you disconnect by pulling the plug. Why am I pissed off that you do it , since other people do it all the time? because you unplug your connection and make the whole game hang for ages when you quit. And thats as if to try to cover your tracks and make it look like a pure accident. Thats whats makes it annoying because everyone else is left hanging going wtf as the game stands still for ages . S

Everyone whos skilled should admit it... Entrenchment is good because of quickplay , the fix to flaks , the fix to carriers ..and because everyone else has it , its only way to join games. mines , starbases...these are for the sp peeps. Wish there was something that would disable starbases ..because I feel dirty using them , when they have obviously been designed for singleplayer where 3 hard AI fleets love nothing better to do then not go around Starbases , but attack

So is the thread about smurfing or just bashing Entrenchment. Because Entrenchment is a fix for the AI ganging up in singleplayer. Those in singleplayer with thier tsun zu claim to be strategical "turtlers" can now get their hard ons watching 3 hard AI target their upgraded Starbases which they ooooh cleverly positioned in a chokepoint , whilst having a supposedly unspammed balanced fleet of 5 of each unit. Well ..reason I play Entrenchment is because it has Qu

Lets look from a gameplay perspective. I just think its not weak enough. Infact sometimes its just patronising to see someone building starbases infront of your units. Yes you can probably keep shooting at it until its built and it will probably only have 300 health left , but then his fleet is taking your ships down. Gameplay should reward and punish decisions. Thats what makes it a game.

Entrenchment is good because it adds Quick play. Face it , I dont really need starbases to make Sins enjoyable. It actually makes sins a little less enjoyable for me. But heck , I love Entrenchment because it adds Quick play.

You know when you have 3v5 , and the "3" are all from the same clan or are all super skilled. Then you have the "5" , who can be anyone. Now ive always been part of the "3" , and in my opinion I hate these games. Firstly the "3" all use teamwork , feeding each other when most needed . The "5" dont do any teamwork , they are all disjointed randoms who play for themselves and just try to survive. So really it ends up as 3 v 1 v 1 v 1 v 1 v 1 Im wondering what the newbs who

Im so fed up with it , that now ill quit if I know Ive won. I think one guy jokingly mentioned beating me this way lol. I dont care for the victory screen anymore , and I dont care if it means the sore loser with a hidden scout gets a win. Stats are bullshit. However if we had a ladder and it meant proper ego-rankings , then id be super pissed off , super vexed at these players , super hating of Ironclad for not personally amending my stats , then ill qu
"Does a "fear" of experienced (or pro) players keep you from playing Sins online?" depends the so called pro players spam so what are they actaully pro's at playing like noobs building one type of ship over and over again not actaully exploring other ways to win due to they small minded ways i play with friends that like massive mixed fleets not shrimpy LRM/Carrier spams
<span style="fon

And another idiot noob. This time nebstar Surrenders with 3 intact planets including a homeworld thats producing 15 credits per tick. Why? luckily the enemy decided to finish off his planets rather then just ignore him and treat the game like a 3v4
My wins/losses dont add up to 1/2 my played games, and i've never, I repeat NEVER, quit prematurely, or quiti when i should surrender. I have over 100 wins and about 38 losses. People sometimes accuse me of being a quitter for that reason, but they don't understand a lot of things. 1. Saving and quitting to finish later is the same as a quit 2. A lot of games minidump, especially back in 1.02-1.05 3. People would drop from huge games. 5v5, there seems
