You can add a bunch of transparent icons to it, and it will stretch to fit them.....or add a bunch of usable icons. ;)

If the glitch you are talking about is , when you mouseover the more programs it sorta flashes or flickers, like the image isn't loading right...I get that glitch all the time, on most skins. I dont think that it's something you've done. ;)

I want to put an animation on the start menu of a project that I'm working on. How do I do that? What type of file should it be, and once I have it...where do I put it? I'm using SKS6.

I tried to duplicate the problem. The text is there even when you make it really big, so i adjusted the tab size and the words disappeared just like the screenshot. Try lowering your tab size and see if the titles come back.

Open dock settings. Go to 'Size and Appearance'. On the bottom there is a dropdown list for 'Entry Names' and there is an option to 'show no labels'. That will turn off the names when you mouseover the icons. Is that what you are looking for?
