Usually start with the taskbar and startbutton, then startpanel then redo taskbar and startbutton to match startpanel.... my usual workflow :D

And also learning a language will make it easier to learn other languages. I have school grades in C# and VB.NET... but im still very much a newb in all areas.. i can understand the syntax, having done some coding it is much easier to grasp a new one. the VR220 is probably the "stronger" of the 2 sporting a dualcore cpu. Non of these 2 are true "netbooks" but you can say the dell is a overgrown netbook and by that it walks away from the essence of what a netbook is and thats ultraportable and have wandered into the laptop realm.. and here its weak. So if its between those 2 go for the VR220....
