try checking your settings in the race selection screen (where you select races to play against). maybe you accidentally changed the relations between you and the other races to "team"...i dunno...but it's worth a shot! -Dave
it might have to do with the AI value of the techs. If there are too many non-military techs that have a high AI value and not enough military techs with high AI value, then the AI will keep on researching non-military techs...so maybe it's a balancing issue in those tech trees. -Dave

the spikey things were a result of image blending and not creating ;) i took the head of a comodo dragon and blended it with a mohawk (i had to add more than one mohawk to cover the entire middle of the head) and one of the bodies from a default race pic and edited a few things (red eyes etc.) -Dave

that really looks amazing...just want to suggest a changes: 1. redder eyes- makes him look more evil 2. make the skin somewhat greener because it looks kind of dull 3. the hair should either be a mohawk or spikey...because i want it to look better than the hair i put on mine ;) -Dave

Those race pics are really good! :CONGRAT: a few things though: 1. the Allies guy looks more like a scientist than a leader (the not so neat hair and gray moustache) 2. the nazi and communist guys should both look meaner ;) (no offence to communists...but they are bad guys in this mod) otherwise amazing! you're hired! ;) if you have a windows live account, please tell me (in a PM), i like to keep in touch with team members ;) and if you don't already have an account at I-Mod-Product
