What Programs Do You Use? in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

I don't know if this is the right area to post this, but this is where I thought it should go. Anyways, I was wondering what programs everyone uses to creat their skins/wallpapers, ect. I love drawing, and I want to start learning how best to do so on the computer with the different programs out there. Currently I am using Gimp, and I just started using Blender, but I can't always get it to do everything I would like it to do. So, what programs do you use?

I’m not really going to get into this, but if you (kittymalone) want a community skin, why don’t you just start one? That way it can fit all your “criteria” (although I do sorta agree with you about some parts).

Hm, photobucket seems to have cropped them a bit. The originals were 1280 x 1024 and now they are 1024 x 819... At least you can still see the main image.

Ok, So I've made six new wallpapers and they are of the theme "oasis". There are three day views and three night views of the same pictures. I was wondering if anybody could help me finnalize these as I am new to this and don't have much experiance. Halfpipe Dock in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I'm working on a new dock background. It is a halfpipe and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for it.
