I think the first thing that needs to be done is for the poster to post what windows they are using and the windowblinds version. After that info the first thing that should be done is said in Reply #5 and of course Reply #7. As far as 3rd party WB's. If the reference is to WB's made by skinners here and uploaded here I never heard of such a problem.

Go to Explore Windowblinds Skins. Download a Lightstar and, or Don5318. They both do dark substyles. They also have pay and free skins available so if you just want to try it use a free one to make sure it works for you. Make sure on win10 you apply the dark substyle. If you find they work then you know your win10 is fine. You can change any skin you want in SKS as Tom said and if you need info on that come back and I will advise you how.

Thanks for the info. Now that you said how to do it I believe I knew that at one time as my brain tells me I tried this before. There are to many colors that do nothing to change from Green. As you both said it messes with other areas you don't want changed. For the amount of time I actually see the Libraries word it's not worth changing for the destruction it can cause. At lease for me. Neone6 I know has changed that color. I on the other hand have spent hours and years trying to find what changes it. Hopefully Andrew will reply here or if you send him a PM maybe you can post the location here. I have gone through every UIS file and anything else I could think of. Not to smart here I guess.

News Flash I actually installed this skin and tried it using win 7 and win 10. First there are many sections not skinned for win 7. Yes I saw on the site the person said it was for win 7. Not true at all. sure some of it will always work. Entire sections aren't skinned. The White line is an easy fix as it needs an image. Barb many people use different browsers. Lot of opinions as to what is best. I tried them all and keep going back to Opera. In fact haven't used anything else for the last couple years. Doesn't necessary make it the best but for me it is and my choice to use full time. I don't need all those so called add ons but do know they have a good add blocker and some others available.
