A "DEMAND SURRENDER!" 1. speed is relative.(its a relative of velocity) 2. the dev's have a target group of players in mind, this target differs from the "generic" RTS game target audicance. 3.it also differs from the "4x" audicance as well. 4. i would like the ablity to pay a large portion of the current bounty on me to just delay the rats.
