I don't really care if it's true or not, it's a great story. It's unfortunate that in todays society, most people don't care enough to be even a little moved by this kind of story. I guess most people would have the same reaction as Jafo......
Were I to receive that in an email...I'd put it where it fitted...unsolicited spam/chain-letter disguised as feel-good anecdote ....

it seems that this is a regular problem with Object Dock
Funny....the only problem I ever have with the weather docklet is when I'm not connected to the 'net..... :NOTSURE:
I use IE& and the WC browser. Just depends on what I'm trying to do. If I just want to get skins, I'll use WC/B. If I'm surfing the net, etc...it's IE7 (or FF3 beta. Man that sucker's FAST!)
Happy anniversary Zoomba!!!!
I suppose that's an interesting coincidence
that is a lil interesting, isn't it? too bad I personally don't believe in coincidences......
wow...snake apparently put some thought into that. I was expecting the first reply to have at least ONE smarta$$ comment like "where else can you go to see Zubaz's astonishing mastery of spelling?".......
as far as I can figure out, screen.exe is only suppossed to run while you are in the process of applying a skin. It is the program that actually applies it. I.E., when you click 'apply my changes' that's when 'screen.exe comes into play.....
Probably AlienGUIse from the SkinStudio site. The only problem with that is the WB vers. is something like 4.x

Philly, I'm using XP Home edition.
When I try to change sound schemes through SoundPackager, I get the dreaded "SoundPackager has encountered a problem and needs to shut down" screen. I can still go through the Control Panel- Sound/Audio Devices option and set the scheme in there, but I'd like to get SP working. I read through the past forums and tried the suggestions in those (uninstall -removing themes, skins, etc- , reboot, reinstall, reboot), but nothing seems to work. Any clues or suggestions? Thanks!
daygo, shoot your system. j/k again. doesn't vista have a backup/recovery app in it? or have you tried to use it and just don't know where the file is on your ext. hdd?
