Try from IE Tools>Manage Add-ons and deactivate any toolbar or adware items you suspect. That usually works for me.
MS Templates seems good enough...maybe lacking only some metallish ones...but PW in highly configurable. Recently i've finished a Roman type template for a game i was designing for PW.

IMO the fairy's back needs to have some color. Should match the rest of the body. Also as Fairyy said it needs some more shadows, and maybe increase a bit the overall contrast.
Not much of anything to test this, but i need someone who wants to test a new Bootskin i made recently. It's a bit experimental and might cause some boot problems. Just wanna check for stability.
