Looping Clouds in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

I am not a graphics artist, and do not want to spend money on CS3 or Photoshop, so is there any way to create a looping cloud effect, so that clouds move in the background of an avi or mpeg? Thanks!

I know that they are not on the site yet, but "Mountain Lake", and "Hay in the Wind". They also do not appear in the All Libraries section of My Skins.

Rejected? in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

I submitted 2 Dreams, and they have been removed from the "My Skins" page under the in moderation category. Does this mean they have been rejected (and if so, I would be very surprised...)? If they have not, where have they gone? It has been about 6 days for one of the dreams!

Except you are having issues with WindowsBlinds, not DreamScene... You need to turn on the Aero theme by... Right Click on Desktop>Personalize>Windows Color and Appearance>Open classic appearance... Click on Windows Aero
