so you will not be providing them with technology? i think that is accepterble as long as you are not giving them technologyi think that we can allow you to continue you do not have to leave the council my main concern was the shearing of technology.

i have a better idea we will pass the law that we do not interfere with pre-warp civilizations however if there is a race that one of you feels it is nessersery to interfere with they must bring the subject before the council and if the reason for interfering is valid it shell be put to a vote.
