I guess that after having reformat twice I really should have a clean OS and actually everything is ok on my "new" XP !! [e digicons]|-)[/e] ... well the hard drive is not very young (4 years) but I really hope it will not be my third hard drive death in 9 months regarding the bank issues I never keep any sensible data on my PC and I only use (very rarely indeed) a rechargeable card many thanks for your advices Philly and DrJBL !! somebody

It never happened before : all the system restore points disappeared, every bookmark opened in different commercial links, every browser search returned to the first empty page all my cleaning and back up applications unloaded just after the launch and the exes in their folders were not more the same . well to run the animated icon on the dock you need the Animated shortcut docklet to create the animated icon you need a graphic application in order to paste all the single pngs in only 1 horizontal string personally I use the PhotoFiltre "special paste" feature so I add 1 frame at the time but there are other more automatic applications and yes you can change the speed delay on setting the anima

the .gif file will never work because the dockbackground can only be a static .png you can just add an animated icon on the dock (an horizontal string of pngs) any way I see that the lateral orbs are oversized respect the icons on the dock so you should modify the dock design I made something similar with Underwater Dock + <a href="https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/objectdock/16763/"

Go to USER Local\ Appdata\Stardock\Objectdock open settings.ini Find line "Labelsdisabled=1" change it to =0 but whenever you like you can toggle the icons labels directly in the OD settings UI using TransparentFont hope this helps ! [e digicons];)[/e]

well aLI the right click on the dock is working ... and maybe it was the first time you was going to change the dockbackground after the SkinUI customization so first control that on the "Skin" folder into the "ObjectDockFree" folder there is the "UI" folder then right click on the dock > click on "Settings..." > the Settings Dialog will open > click "Home" on top left > click on "Style\Color" > click on "Change Background" on the middle left and f
