Being the meatatarian that I am my wife took me out for my birthday dinner last night. I couldn't resist the 20 oz. top sirloin, baked potato with butter and sour cream and a cesear salad. Of course some delicious rolls. My eyes being much bigger than my stomach, I now have about 12 oz. of steak for tonight along with another salad.
