Dreams do work on XP. You have to have the right codecs. Some dreams can have issues especially with nVidia video cards. (See the forums). Asking for help in a decent manner gets you much further than making accusations by the way.

Once you have Window Blinds installed, then all you have to do is click "Download" on any blind skin in the gallery and it will automatically install, or if you have a .wba file already downloaded to your HDD, all you do is double click it and it will install.
