No, you shouldn't need any port forwarding. So, it appears that you were able to get into ranked matches on Feb 28th, and then something happened where is started failing. So I'm curious if there was something installed around this time that may be causing the problem. You can check this by going to your control panel, open up Programs -> Programs and Features, then sort by "Installed On", did you have anything that was installed on/near Feb 28th or March 1st. &nbs
That error suggests there was a timeout trying to upgrade an HTTP Request to a Websocket. This is usually caused by a slow/laggy connection or possibly something that is blocking the connection like a firewall or proxy. Have you had any change to your internet service recently, or do you have multiple people consuming alot of bandwidth at the times you are experiencing this problem? Or any other changes to your system/network that my affect network traffic?
Really weird... on this thread the two check boxes, Subscribe and Email me, are checked. On other threads they are not.
Under Account -> Options you probably have the option to "Auto subscribe" turned off. It's default setting is checked on. So that will change your defaults for posts you are not subscribed to.
Well, that was weird. Nice double post.
You are still subscribed to this thread. Or keep re-subscribing every time you reply. Until I fix the UI, you would need to uncheck the "Email me when someone replies" box when ever you reply.

I stopped the process while I was debugging it. I found the issue and corrected. System is up and running again and, fingers crossed, everything is happy now. There still is an inherit logic error with the display of the checkboxes. By Default they are always on. They are only saved when you subscribe. As soon as you uncheck the "Subcribe to this Post" it unsubscribes your information removing it from the database so it goes back to showing the de
Is this something new?"
It's not new, but unfortunately has been broken for quite some time. We just applied some fixes to that feature to get it up and going again. There are rules in place that will try to keep the emails to a minimum so you do not get spammed for every post and reply. And as mentioned above, you can uncheck the boxes to subscribe/email when creating a post or reply. And you can go to the <a title="Manage your
I tweaked a few things in the database that were left over oddities from previous issues. That should help get things moving. Also there are some old rules in place to help limit the number of emails you get (we don't want to spam people). They could probably be improved upon but here is a quick break down of the rules. - Ignore if you reply to a post. - Ignore anyone who has received an email notification in the past hour. - Ignores posts you have rea
I did a little work today on the Email notification system for subscribed posts that get new replies. It should start sending emails again. Let me know if you feel like you are getting bombarded with emails and I will tweak the system.
I believe I have finally found the Image Upload Limit bug and fixed it. So for those who were not able to upload due to that error, you should be able to now.
Image upload restrictions Image upload feature is available to access level 2 and higher Max file size is 5MB Abandoned images. 30 abandoned images within 15 days. Having fun a few winters ago! This poor puppy was abandoned in Stardock's parking lot several years ago. Someone tied her to a pole and left her there. Naturally we adopted her!
Forums have been updated with the new code. The new features are currently available to Access Level 2 and higher. Feel free to boosts peoples access that you feel are deserving of it. Also, because of caching issues people may need to do a CTRL-F5 to force the javascript files to get updated.
Bump. Testing display access of posts in private forums.
Todo items: Remove Image Uploads from Private Message or create the system to properly track images with PM's. Same with Email system, except the email system is current broken. Put CDN Path, Access Level configurations into database for easy re-configuration. Create Service to cleanup abandoned images and to delete images upon post deletion (Hard delete).
Talking with Brad, we will probably be changing the access level for allowing Image Uploads to be Access level 2 or higher.
And as Brad has quickly learned, you can Paste images from your clipboard into the editor too!

Hi bgillette, Thank you for reporting this. The deactivation link is working again, however we have a display issue that we are still working on where the whole page is refreshing instead of just the popup box. But we will take care of that when we return from vacation.
Hi Richardlpq9, Sorry for the mixup and delay. I'm not sure why your order had not been processed yet. But I have now processed it and you should receive an email receipt with your information, or alternately you can use the product retrieval link to get your Object Desktop key.
Autosubscribe option setting seems to work while using the galciv3 site, but not the elemental games site. While using the elemental game site it *always* fills in the boxes, no matter if the setting is checked or not. I did go into options and set them while at each site separately.
Good catch, this was due to a caching issue between the sites. I've made an update so when you change the properties t
