Its not simply fine for 5 minutes, then awful the rest of the game. It switches back and forth every 5 minutes. How can that be a vcard issue? *edit* I didn't read you entire post. It could in fact be that his card is overheating every few minutes. OP are you overclocking?

Keep in mind that his computer would work perfectly fine for 5 minutes, but then work absolutely awful for the next 5 minutes. How could that be? If it was related to his hardware wouldn't the performance be static? I think it is probably related to his connection in some way. In addition to the "slowmo" every 5 minutes, we experienced a lot of stuttering throughout the game.

Don't help this asshole. Eight others and myself were recently in a match with him and we were all begging him to leave the entire match but he refused to. Everyone one of these god damn "Nerf X" threads assumes that the Demigods are each supposed to be able to 1v1 and the more skilled player should usually win. This is silly. Each Demigod has a particular role, not all of them were designed for killing other demigods. Some are support characters, and some are better for doing group damage. How about tailoring each Demigod's abilities to fit their specific role? All these OP threads seem to assume that a 1v1 fight should always be fair. BULLSHIT. Every time I've played with someone that had a ping over 250 at the lobby screen, that person either had HUGE lag spikes or dropped during the game. 300+ pings might be playable in theory, but never have been in the games I've played.
