Well, I for one would be willing to pay for DX packs and/or their development.Ones that work as they should with Vista.(damn UAC) and I'm cheap! Also Windows7 isn't that far away, what then? So many of the Objects on the WC site that I've tried are erratic, don't work at all, or simply make DesktopX crash, Widgets do slightly better. Desktops? Wrong resolutions. Just remember it hides everthing including what you've placed there, downloads,shortcuts,files and folders,copied images, etc. You'll have to show icons again to see them. :D

After My Colors is re-installed through Impulse you'll have to go back to c|net for Diamond.You can't get it from MC menu, it will not work. Frogboy, I sent a report on what happened to support. MC self-uninstalled,WB's crashed,lost themes,etc.I've got it back to normal now so I'm good,but weird things are happening. referance post:https://forums.wincustomize.com/309649 and my letter. BTW if any of you now have any WB's marked "unknown" trying to load it may crash WB config.

I'm pretty sure you can. Only one can be in use at a time,however,and there are other restrictions. Details available,just can't find the link right now. So if ,say, you have a home PC and a laptop, no problem,skin'em both.

Try removing items one at a time from the docklet to see if it's something in it that's causing it. Also, is it an application docklet or a folder docklet? OD+ or free version? XP or Vista? One bad docklet or all fly-outs? The more info you post, the better someone can help. I,m assuming you [U]are [/U]talking about ObjectDock.

News flash, this just in:"All you need to do is check "I want to see advanced options when applying suites" under the Settings tab in MyColors, then apply the Diamond theme, and you will get a dialog box where you can select which components to apply. From there you can uncheck everything except the Windowblind..."Forum post by RPGFX eh, NOW they tell me! Is So stoopid, shuda knowd day hid it!!! ;p ;p X-(

Install and load MC Diamond, go to WB config click "skin settings" click "rebuild list" Presto! you now have a Diamond My Colors theme and a Windowblind and a Diamond Theme in your theme manager as well. Go get it! Enjoy!!! P.S. This may only work with the paid version.

I'm finding a lot of WB's, pre-Vista,and from earlier versions of Windowblinds that still hold up well today. Some recolor very well. Stardock Central ,or Impulse? Make sure you used the same e-mail address that is associated with your Stardock .net accout and the numbers match. Cut and paste from the e-mail is best.

I discovered the problem,My bad. This should only affect very new ODNT Ultimate subscribers.My Colors through Impulse comes with Quest.MC through c|net,Diamond. I ended up with two Diamond WB's see post #4 above for details. The premium suite I dl'd through Impulse gave me another Quest theme...In Theme manager. neophil78 ,you will need to download My Colors from here http://www.download.com/MyColors/3000-2326_4- 10833711.html?tag=fd_hed to get the Diamond theme. The one from Impulse has Quest only.Please read my post above and any others concerning problems here https://www.wincustomize.com/articles.aspx?aid=309273#replies [U]before [/U]you do. I believe that it's being worked on so you may want to wait.

Slightly different update but after I installed Diamond(already had Quest) from download.com I checked out MC and had Quest and Diamond listed. Applied both,good to go...I thought.In WB6 it left two copies of Diamond,one I already had and one labeled "unknown" which I deleted.I applied Quest and Diamond through WB config,and again I thought all was well.(thinking is obviously not my strong suite) ;p Impulse showed a premium skin update last night,ran it and Quest is now mia in the MC menu.I stil
